ARE YOU THE ONE? We are looking for:
- A self motivated individual with the ability to drive a team
- Business management skills with an understanding of key performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills with the professionalism to deal with people at all levels
- Experience as a manager preferred but not essential
Your rewarding role as Store Manager will include:
- Delivering customer excellence
- Maintaining and growing your loyalty program
- Ensuring targets for your store are achieved in areas of sales, wages and stock management
- Coach and mentor your team to achieve their targets as well as developing their skill sets for progression
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising concepts and standards within your store
- Liaise with management on all aspects of your store
