The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Coordinator who is outgoing, proactive, innovative and very motivated to join our fast-growing team. The position is hands on and requires you to be very creative and a self-starter. You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating content and implementation across our Hotels.
Main responsibilities include:
- Handling monthly newsletters for multiple properties
- Managing social media channels & social media plan - Facebook, Twitter, Linked in, Instagram
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and costumer engagement
- Providing competition analysis & perform weekly reports
- Update and maintain the calendar of events
- Regularly test new content types, post frequently, target audience and optimise accordingly
- Source possible PR and marketing platforms to advertise our properties
- Assist when required by management for matters relating to sales & marketing
- Maintaining & manage our website contents
- Assisting in design projects
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
- Strong PC & Microsoft Office skills
- 2+ years track record of social media skills
- WeChat & Weibo knowledge would be a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A high level of self-motivation, attention to detail and organisation skills
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop) skills a plus - not a requirement
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
