The Blue Rock crew are looking for a super savvy PPC specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. You’ll be working within the innovative and diverse BlueRock Digital agency to help a range of entrepreneurial clients build better businesses through strategic digital marketing.

Who are we looking for?

You’re savvy and experienced in digital marketing, especially all things PPC. You enjoy an autonomous environment with a formidable team culture. You’re analytical, results-driven and have a high attention to detail. You are someone who demonstrates honesty and integrity and always looks at ways to go the extra mile or solve that pesky problem.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for setting up and execution of paid advertising campaigns, some of the fun stuff to include keyword research, A/B testing, code and pixel integration, Google tag manager & Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre and Google my business setup.
  • Optimising Ad campaigns across multiple channels – Google, Facebook, Bing, YouTube etc.
  • Creating cutting edge keyword selection, audience targeting and ad copy across all paid search campaigns
  • Maintaining best practice and keeping the team abreast across all things paid advertising. Leveraging Google premier partner relationships and extending knowledge to the wider marketing team
  • Preparation of data led performance-based reporting, working closely with account management in presenting findings to clients

 

Show us what you’re made of! We want to hear from people who are:

  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience as a PPC specialist or campaign manager
  • In-depth knowledge in creating campaigns, custom audiences, ad sets and adverts
  • Campaign management including daily budget, bid management and account optimisation
  • Google Display Network and Search Network with experience in re-marketing and shopping campaigns
  • Experience in implementing and managing both e-commerce and lead generation strategies
  • Ability to manipulate data to execute strategies and effectively communicating this to clients
  • Google analytics and AdWords qualified
  • Team player who doesn’t shy from accountability
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

Advantageous skills:

  • Broader paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram and Bing) spectrum will be advantageous
  • 3rd party bid management tools
  • Programmatic knowledge advantageous
  • Landing page optimisation skills – you’ll love Javascript!
  • Storytelling through data and interpreting the commercial values to clients
  • Data studio experience
  • Basic HTML knowledge
