Voted as the #1 innovative agency, our client is looking for a Marketing Science Manager to join their team based in Melbourne CBD. Their global network spans across 18 countries, with over 2000 employees representing over 20 nationalities.
Role
Marketing Sciences with a strong background in site or experience measurement and test design to join their growing team. The Manager, Marketing Sciences needs to be able to find a compelling story in data, clearly synthesize findings into actionable insights, and continually seek ways of pushing performance through measurement and testing.
The Manager will have oversight of the Senior Analyst(s) and/or Analyst(s) that may be supporting them while helping to drive strategic and tactical recommendations for our clients.
Project
Projects can involve audience or social profiling and opportunity sizing, test strategy and definition, measurement strategy and execution, and cross-team collaboration to generate ideas that maximise impact for the client.
The Ideal Person
- Strong background in experience measurement and testing (site or microsite, app, chatbot, VR/AR, or gated experience - membership or log-in required)
- Loves data and has strong analytical skills
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong background in test framework design and implementation (A|B and/or multivariate)
- Has experience with at least two of the following: social listening, social analytics, site or experience analytics, digital media analytics (display, paid search, video), consumer research
- 5+ years of experience in a related role (working with data, developing insights, and articulating data-driven approaches to problem solving/strategy)
- Experience with using site/app analytics to understand user behaviour
- Experience with deploying and measuring tests
- Advanced skills with site analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe), social platform tools, research tools (Simmons, GWI), social listening and audience tools (Crimson Hexagon, CubeYou, Affinio)
