About the role:
Newly created role: reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be the central point of contact for all external bids and tenders and will be responsible for the development of bids from inception through to the end product.
Core responsibilities include:
- Articulating detailed and complex topics in a clear and savvy manner for prospective clients.
- Working to tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Tailoring communications to ensure they are relevant and compelling for each potential client; and appropriate for the audience.
- Research prospective new partner clients
- Develop tailored pitch information/presentations for prospective new clients.
- Respond to tender requests.
- Respond to questions from prospective partners, which requires sourcing input from internal experts.
About you:
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be required to liaise with multiple internal departments and external partners.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to pull together large scale tender presentations.
- Ability to use multiple software programs in order to collate tender information and build bid documents.
