A family owned and proud Australian company, Chesterfield Australia is a John Deere Agricultural machinery dealership with 12 outlets located throughout SE QLD and Northern and Central NSW.
About the position
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our Coonamble branch.
You will be responsible for efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the Workshop, Parts and Internal Whole Goods to ensure maximum efficiency and profit. You will coordinate activities and cooperate with other Departments to provide customers with the best possible solutions.

Requirements:
• Previous management experience in a similar position
• Demonstrated customer service and sales experience
• Microsoft Suite (intermediate to advanced)
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and initiative
• Hold a valid and current driver’s license
Experience working in the agricultural industry, Trade qualifications and Spare parts experience are all huge advantages.
