The mission and purpose of this role is to Inspire, Lead & Develop the most Successful, Professional & Profitable group of salons in the Brisbane City, Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast regions.

Current sales territory is already established, running above budget earning commission. Sales territory includes salons, multi-retailers, wholesalers & colour distributors.
This is an outstanding career opportunity.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Increase the number of accounts within the Sales Territory
- Ensure all client accounts are kept to within terms of payment according to company policy
- Deliver inspirational & informative haircare & colour education classes to existing, new and potential clients
Required Level of Sales & Hairdressing Experience:
- 15+ years hairdressing industry experience including;
* Experience owning / managing hairdressing salons
* Creating and delivering education classes to salons
* On-Road experience as a Sales representative will be highly beneficial - Inspirational presentation skills in colour, haircare and styling
- Experience in the use of Microsoft and iPad computer programs
- Has experience creating inspirational/education focused posts on social media (facebook & instagram)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Currently calling on salons in Brisbane region is an advantage
