Estate Landscape Maintenance (ELM) is a Perth based company who provides specialist commercial landscaping services in Perth and surrounding regions.

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced landscaper who is enthusiastic, fit, honest, reliable and has a can-do attitude to maintain parks and gardens and perform installations of residential landscapes.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Operation of a Skid steer bobcat to conduct site cleaning of vacant residential blocks
- The use of general landscaping equipment to maintain presentation of vacant lots
- Removal of general rubbish, Weeds as well as landscape construction work.
- Application of herbicides
- Landscape construction works
Successful applicants will need to meet the following criteria.
- Experience operating skid steer bobcat
- A Valid Manual drivers licence with the ability to comfortable drive a manual vehicle
- Experience in various Labouring or landscaping roles
- Have a basic understanding of Landscaping equipment, such as, Whipper snippers, blowers etc
- The ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional manner
- Punctuality and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must take pride in your personal presentation and work environment
- Have a passion for horticulture
Uniform and PPE will be provided, however you will need to supply your own steel cap boots.
The successful applicants will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am - 3.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Remuneration negotiable based on level of qualifications and experience
