A new opportunity has arisen for Maintenance Fitters to join our maintenance team based at our Lidcombe manufacturing site. These positions are responsible for providing maintenance services across preventative and corrective maintenance. You will also be part of project implementation, improvement and team based problem solving.
Rosters for Positions:
- Shift Fitter 1 - Fulltime, Start 2pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday
- Shift Fitter 2 - Fulltime, 10pm to 6am Tuesday to Saturday
- Shift Fitter 3 - Part Time Position, 2pm to 10pm (minimum 16 hours per week up to 38)
- Shift Fitter 4 - Part Time Position, 6am to 2pm (minimum 16 hours per week up to 38)
Key duties on a day to day basis of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Work across high speed liquid filling and packaging process.
- Engage in predictive and preventative maintenance activities, continuous improvements whilst mentoring technical skill of operational persons.
- Analytical, RCA, 5y's methodology to problem elimination.
- Perform minor to major overhauls of Separators, Homogenisers, Pasteurisers, Pumps, Valves, Steam, Ammonia and compressed air systems.
- Work in shift rotating teams, taking the lead to ensure our customers receive our highest quality products.
